Use of archival records
Original records or their copies are accessible for research, study, cultural, official, bussines, personal and other purposes in the Archives' reading rooms. Records are accessible in accordance with the Protection of Documents and Archives and Archival Institutions Act, Reading Room Regulations, and the conditions pertaining to the record types and dates of restricted use which are set by the owners of the record groups and collections.

The Start of World War I and the Measures Taken by the Provincial President of Carniola during the First Days of the War
July 28 marks the centenary of Austria-Hungary's declaration of war on Serbia and the outbreak of the First World War. To commemorate these events we are here presenting reports written by the provincial president Theodor Schwarz to the minister of the interior regarding the implementation of measures adopted by the Carniolan provincial presidency. The measures were adopted in accordance with imperial and government orders by means of which war absolutism was implemented.
