Use of archival records
Original records or their copies are accessible for research, study, cultural, official, bussines, personal and other purposes in the Archives' reading rooms. Records are accessible in accordance with the Protection of Documents and Archives and Archival Institutions Act, Reading Room Regulations, and the conditions pertaining to the record types and dates of restricted use which are set by the owners of the record groups and collections.

A Soldier and a Student at the Same Time
Record of study of Julij Felaher is particularly interesting since it reflects in a unique way the turning point that was the First World War and the time immediately after it. Felaher first witnessed the war as a soldier of the Austro-Hungarian army and later as a law student at the University of Vienna, University of Zagreb and at the newly established University of Ljubljana.
